I must say first of all that i loved the first in this series so much that it is in my opinion beyond comparison. With that in mind this book was a disappointing follow up; with not a lot really happening. I feel it has fallen prey to a lot of other second in the series books which have the main objective of leading up to the third and setting the stage for a rebellion. I also felt as though the main character Dinah had actually lost some of the qualities which i thought made her great in the first book.
I will continue with this series out of love for the first book but i do feel as though i will later hope that i can miss out reading the second book.
