#071 My hot teacher, Isabella Johns

#071 27/11/14, My hot teacher (my hot #5), Isabella Johns

**I received this book in exchange for an honest review Goodreads.com**

This is a deep an in depth account of the encounters of a sub and a dom, in this case it was set in a university environment and is a relationship between a teacher and a pupil. This book looks into the fantasy of many female students who have an attractive lecturer and brings it to life in a realistic way. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book however the taboo relationship described was not one that actually appeals to me.

The main character is Celine, she is a student an English who has experienced very little sexually this itself poses difficulties for Celine’s character as she feels it holds her back from being able to progress. A bigger difficulty for Celine comes in the form of a male lecturer teaching about sexually empowered female authors. She engages in a sexual relationship with her lecturer and fals in love with him causing numerous complications and overall changing her into a different person. The character development in this book I felt was incredible, the changes we see within Celine alone I found fascinating. I liked her character as I found her to be realistic and relatable however she is not a character I could put up with for very long as I found her to also be a little annoying.

The seconday character I feel the most noteworthy was the professor with whom Celine engages into a relationship with, I feel that he has to be a strong throughout the book due to the weaknesses in the main character. I thought overall that this character was a bit annoying due to the fact that he was either completely oblivious to his sexual partners vulnerability or he didn’t care.

The pacing I thought was very good for the type of story it was since it didn’t really have any real climax and it wasn’t as if the storyline was leading up to anything.

The storyline was good, pretty similar to some other books I’ve read but I felt like I got to know the main character a lot better in this book through her friends and family.

3 stars a good read.
