#107 Temptation resort (Jess), Erzabet Bishop

#107 Temptation resort (Jess), Erzabet Bishop

This is a book that has been written so that the reader can take control and choose which path the main character goes on. Although there are four options that the reader can choose from I am writing this review after my first read. It is the first book I have read of this kind and I am actually impressed that these types of books actually exist and I am pleased that this one was well written.

The main characters are Jess and Marnie and I imagine the same main character will be used in all options since they are both introduced before the first choice the reader can make. Although we don’t really hear a lot from Marnie I think that she is going to be a main character in another book in this temptations resort series. In this book Jess has found the brochure for this resort on her boss’s desk and following Marnie’s break up with her boyfriend invites her to go with her. The two fill out questionnaires that assess what they will most enjoy and then head to the resort then they part ways to fill in their own fantasy’s.

There are no noteworthy secondary characters since this book is being based largely upon two characters and having no other characters introduced properly.

The pacing is good and the storyline while not really original however it does bring a brilliantly new twist by letting the readers choose what they prefer.

4 stars, an interesting read
